Every volunteer and every agency registered on this site has complete freedom to use or not use site and to use site features as provided to whatever reasonable and legal way they choose (subject to use constraints) in order to encourage volunteerism within Tioga County.

This site is provided by a contract with Galaxy Digital for the SaaS services behind this web portal. The Tioga County Partnership for Community Health does not offer or guarantee any services beyond those that are provided by Galaxy Digital. Since connection and use of features on the site are dependent upon a number of factors, including the Internet and your connection to the Internet, we also do not make any provide any guarantees for all of these points of risk. We will, however, always work with our vendor within our contract to do the best we can at making this site available and reliable.

Restrict use of the site to promoting volunteerism in Tioga County. This site is not to be used for commercial purposes or to promote or sell anything else.
