Wellsboro Art Club is sponsoring the 2nd Plein Air Festival Friday September 12 through Sunday September 14.
Friday 5-8 pm is the opening reception will be held in the Main Gallery of Gmeiner Art & Cultural Center
5-6 pm will be early registration for the event
6-7 pm Luke Sassani, the Top Winner of the 2024 Wellsboro Wilds Plein Air Festival & Competition will be talking about plein air painting.
