Wellsboro Art Club is sponsoring the 2nd Plein Air Festival Friday September 12 through Sunday September 14.
Saturday 8 am - 4 pm: the main painting event occurs throughout Tioga County
Saturday 8 am - 4 pm: Kids activities, music and vendors will be on The Green in Wellsboro
Saturday 1:30 - 3:30 pm Quick Draw event on Main Street in Wellsboro
Saturday 4 pm: paintings are to be turned in at The Gmeiner Art & Cultural Center in preparation for judging.
